In the UK the insurance companies cross check information for claims and fraud can be prevented in this way. I don’t know if they do it in the States ?

This type of fraud is not hard to detect upon a simple investigation. Insurance fraud is an easy way to find yourself in jail. Tavaras is another example of an American who would rather not work and would rather get rich fraudulently.

Insane how far people are ready to go this days with insurance frauds. Maybe doing some hard time can kick in some sense in this guy.

Well insurance fraud is the kind that is committed the most across the globe. But I bet not so many of them get cracked by the authorities everywhere!
